How to Brew: Everything You Need To Know To Brew Beer Right The First Time
Yes it’s true, there is a ton of printed material, and I’m sure more coming. There is a lot of material that needs to be learned. When we take our test in 6 short weeks, we are expected to have committed to memory all of the beer styles, on the order of 80+ style categories. It is a bit intimidating but also pretty damn cool. Classes thus far have been very informative, very helpful and most important, very entertaining. I’ll try to keep things updated here with how things go. Oh, and if you want to know how I did on the exam, we will all have to wait a long while to find out. It seems it takes upwards of 6 months to get grades back.
